1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on BellaMystral.com, including digital content such as soulmate sketches, readings, and related deliverables provided by download and/or email.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Content — All Sales Final

Because our products are digital, personalized content delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.

By completing your purchase, you expressly:

  • Request immediate delivery of the digital content,

  • Acknowledge that the content is personalized to you and cannot be returned,

  • Waive your right to a refund once delivery has begun.

No refunds will be issued once the digital content has been delivered (i.e., after the email has been sent and/or the download link has been provided), except as expressly provided in this policy.

3. General No-Refund Policy

The following circumstances do not qualify for a refund:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the content or absence of an expected "result"

  • Personal interpretation of the sketch or reading

  • Disputes regarding the "accuracy," "completeness," or "applicability" of the deliverable

  • Change of mind after the purchase has been completed

  • Failure to read product descriptions or terms before purchasing

4. Proof of Delivery & Customer Responsibility

We use technical tools that allow us to verify:

  • The sending of emails

  • The opening of emails (where applicable)

  • Downloads made through our secure links

You are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate email address at the time of purchase

  • Checking your Spam, Promotions, and Junk folders

  • Adding bella@bellamystral.com to your safe sender list

5. Non-Delivery — How to Get Help

If you have not received your deliverable within 24 hours of your purchase:

  1. Check your Spam, Promotions, and Junk folders

  2. Search your inbox for emails from "Bella Mystral" or bella@bellamystral.com

  3. Contact us at bella@bellamystral.com, including your name and the email address used at checkout

In most cases, non-delivery is the result of a typo in the email address provided or filtering by your email provider. We will resend the deliverable at no additional cost after verification.

No refund will be issued if non-delivery results from an incorrect email address provided by the customer or filtering by the customer's email provider.

6. Order Errors (Duplicate Orders / Incorrect Email)

  • Duplicate orders (same product, placed within the same hour): a store credit or refund may be issued only if the deliverable has not been downloaded or opened.

  • Incorrect email address: we will correct the email and re-send the deliverable. No refund is issued once delivery has been completed.

7. Defective Files or Expired Links

If a download link has expired or a file is corrupted, we will provide a new working link or file at no additional cost after verification.

The provision of a functional replacement satisfies our delivery obligation, and no refund is owed once a working version has been provided.

8. Fraud, Chargebacks, and Abuse

Important: Filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us is considered a violation of these Terms.

Any attempt at fraud or wrongful chargeback after the digital content has been delivered may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access to our services and future purchases

  • Submission of detailed evidence to your payment provider (including order records, email delivery confirmations, IP address logs, and download timestamps) to dispute the chargeback

  • Permanent banning from making future purchases on any of our websites or affiliated brands

  • Where applicable, collection actions, legal proceedings, or referral to fraud prevention services

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Outside of the circumstances expressly described above, no refunds will be issued.

Any exceptional refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Bella Mystral, prior to delivery, and without any obligation of acceptance.

10. Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract. Where such non-waivable rights apply, this policy shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with those rights.
